THE OPPORTUNITY
The NRMA knew that to stay ahead of the game in the ever-changing landscape of motoring and mobility, they needed their leaders to be able to pivot and drive valuable change. Enter Neu21! We built a leadership experience that was light on theory and heavy on energy and pragmatism. We challenged senior leaders to elevate their thinking and equipped them with the tools to actively drive and support change at the NRMA.
OUR APPROACH
We designed an 8-month program called "Lead for the Future" designed to build adaptive, future-minded leaders. Our diverse team of subject matter experts uplifted capability through keynotes and workshops on Adaptive Change, Whole-Human Leadership, Design Thinking, Systems Thinking, Becoming a Futures Leader, Organizational Agility and more. We also led accountability circles where participants could connect, think, and challenge themselves more deeply, and share their leadership experiences.
The Results —
The participants gained new high-level skills like how to nudge an organisational system and map the complexity of challenges.

They practised skills like agile ways of working, coaching, developing and prototyping ideas and storytelling for influence
Leaders reported feeling more confident, more self-aware, better at communicating and engaging with their teams, and having better relationships with their colleagues.
