Supporting a Marketing team to think of well-being as a hack for complexity and what human values enable high performance at a team level.

THE OPPORTUNITY

The Marketing team at Mars Wrigley was going through various changes and busy times. The team were experiencing some exhaustion and energy levels were lower. This became a priority when the quarterly engagement survey results were revealed. The work was getting done but people were experiencing burnout.  

OUR APPROACH

The team held an Engagement Day which we facilitated. During the day, we delivered content and ran practical exercises to enable the team to experience flourishing as individuals and as a team. The individual wellbeing content consisted of aspects of the PERMAH model of wellbeing, whilst the team content discussed connecting as humans through values such us trust, care, respect, admiration, and building common goals.
