Why is Arnie the player everyone wants on their team? It’s simple - he’s like a Swiss Army knife, packed with skills for every situation. He’s analytical and entrepreneurial, creative and pragmatic, strategic, and can get things done like a pro.

Arnie’s journey has been a rollercoaster ride, from bio-medicine to a bank call center, to agile coach, and even a stint as a restaurateur. His diverse experiences have honed his impressive skillset.In 2018, Arnie officially joined Neu21 (known then as The Agile 11), and he’s been on an unstoppable journey ever since. He’s sprinkled his agile charm across a wide range of teams in various industries and he’s not resting on his laurels; he’s added more tools to his Swiss Army knife, mastering leadership coaching, program management, design thinking, and innovation strategy.

But Arnie isn’t just about work; he’s a man with a heart of gold and a desire to make a difference beyond the office. He serves as a deacon and the secretary at his local church, always looking out for others. He’s a dedicated fan of Hawthorn FC (AFL) and Liverpool FC (English Premier League). When he’s not passionately cheering for his beloved teams, you’ll find him with his young family or pushing his limits in any number of sports. Arnie is a true Renaissance man, both inside and outside the workplace.
